Crew Resource Management is an interactive training originally designed to increase safety and minimise aviation accidents caused by crew.
Nowadays we look at wider team effectiveness.
Crew Resource Management incorporates subjects such as: communication and behaviours, situation awareness, workload management, decision-making, resilience development, surprise and startle effect, cultural differences, case studies etc… specified to the cabin crew role.
CRM focuses on the non-technical (interpersonal skills) aspects and on integrating these into every day operation.
This training is compliant with EASA regulations.
*Also possible (and more effective) as a joint training: Flight Crew and Cabin Crew

- General instructions on CRM principles and objectives
- Human performance and limitations
- Threat and error management
- Specifics related to aircraft types (narrow-/wide-bodied, single- /multi-deck), flight crew and cabin crew composition, and number of passengers
- Personality awareness, human error and reliability, attitudes and behaviors, self-assessment, and self-critique
- Stress and stress management
- Fatigue and vigilance
- Assertiveness, situation awareness, information acquisition, and processing
- Resilience development
- Surprise and startle effect
- Cultural differences.
